    The first ten

    Founding members work with us 1:1.

    We are starting with ten people. They get the most of us we will ever give, and they shape what Ainable becomes. After the first ten, the program changes and opens up.

    • A weekly call, 1:1 with Ollie and me. Not a group. Your business, your questions, every week.
    • Everything that comes after, as well. When the program opens up after the first ten, founding members get all of it on top: the group calls, the community, every build we add.
    • A say in what we build. Request a build, and we record how we make it and put it in the marketplace.
    • Your setup, installed with you. We set up your AI on your laptop together, so you start working on day one instead of week three.

    • Your AI setup, on your laptop. Copied from mine and installed with you, connected to the members app with your own key.
    • 1:1 support. An onboarding call to map your first steps, and your own channel when something blocks you between calls.
    • A builds marketplace. AI systems that already run for paying businesses, each with a video on how to run it and how to sell it. We set up your first one with you, live.
    • A community. Members with jobs, building with AI the same way you are.
    • One members app where your next call, your next steps, the guides and the builds live. You will see it below.
    What it isn't
    • Not videos to watch alone. The guides are reference between calls. The program is the live work with us.
    • Not passive income. You talk to people and do the outreach. We are next to you while you do it.
    • Not an income promise. We will never put a number on what you will earn.
    • Not a coding bootcamp. You use builds that already work. If you can follow clear steps, you can run them.
    • Not for right now, if you can't give it five to ten hours a week. We would rather tell you that on the call than take you on.

      A form about your skills, your work history, your time, your money and your laptop. From your answers you get a short list of business ideas that fit you. You pick one, and you get a starter kit for it.

      Your login to the members app

      We activate your account and you log in. A short walkthrough shows you around the first time, and every page has its own quick tour.

      Your 1:1 onboarding call

      Sixty minutes with us. We map your situation, confirm the first thing to AI enable, and set your next steps. They show up in the app straight after.

      Your first weekly call

      You say your first target out loud. For founding members this call is 1:1 with us. From here, the weekly call is the rhythm everything hangs on.

      I don't know where to start.
      That is the most common thing people tell us, and it is the first thing we remove. The onboarding looks at your skills, your work, your time and your laptop. From that you get a short list of business ideas, you pick one, and you get a starter kit for it. After your onboarding call, your next steps are waiting in the app. You never open it wondering what to do.
      I'm not sure I'm ready for this.
      You do not need to be ready. Most people who start are complete beginners with AI. We AI enable your own life and work first, so you learn on things that matter to you before you sell anything to anyone. Ready comes from doing it with us, not before.
      It all feels overwhelming. There are a hundred new AI tools every week.
      That is the confusion we remove. You need the few tools that give you leverage on your own work, and one business to point them at. The "What's new" page in the app reads the updates for you and tells you what each one means for you. On the weekly call we tell you what to ignore as much as what to use.
      Do I need to quit my job?
      No. This is built for people who have a job. One weekly live call and five to ten hours a week of your own work, next to it.
      Do I need to know how to code?
      No. You use builds that already work, and every build page has a video and numbered install steps with copy buttons. We set up your first one with you, live. If you can follow clear steps and talk to people, you can do this.
      What do I need to have?
      A decent laptop, because the builds run on your machine. The onboarding checks yours and tells you if it is enough. And the willingness to talk to people you don't know yet, because that is where clients come from.
      Is this a course?
      No. The weekly live call is the core: we work on your business, your questions first. The guides in the app are there as reference between calls. You are not watching videos alone, you are building with us.
      What if I miss a weekly call?
      Life happens. The summary and action items of every weekly call land in the Calls page of the app, so you can catch up on what was decided and bring your questions to the next one.
      What if I fall behind?
      Then you tell us on the next call and we adjust your next steps. There are no tests and no grades. The only thing that matters is the next useful step for your business.
      Are my calls and my data private?
      Yes. Your 1:1 call notes and your onboarding answers are only on your own page in the app. Other members never see them. Builds you share go to the marketplace only if you tick that box yourself.
      What if I don't land a client?
      If you don't land your first client or make money from it, you keep working with us for as long as you want. You show up and do the work, we keep showing up for you. It is not an income promise, and we go through it with you on the call.
      What do the founding members get that later members don't?
      A weekly call that is 1:1 with Ollie and me instead of a group, the setup installed with you, and a direct say in which builds we make next. When the program opens up after the first ten, founding members also get everything that comes with it, on top.
      Why not just learn this from YouTube?
      You can, and you will spend months sorting what matters from what does not. We give you a setup that already works, copied to your laptop, and the "What's new" page reads the updates for you. You learn by using it on your own work, with us next to you, instead of by watching.
      What does it cost?
      We go through that on the call, once we both know it fits. It depends on how you want to work with us, and we would rather explain it properly than put a number on a page without context.
      Will I be pressured to decide on the call?
      No. If it is a fit you will know, and if it is not we will tell you. Come willing to decide either way by the end of the call.
